Terms and Conditions

Client Selection:
In order to provide the best value and facilitate the maximum amount progress for each of my clients, I reserve the right to select my clientele and only accept those individuals who are a good fit for my services.

Payment Methods:
All coaching and consulting packages will include an agreement that must be signed by both parties before any payment can be made.  Please contact me for a free consultation to determine which package is right for you.

Payments for coaching or consulting packages may be made in cash, by bank transfer, or via credit or debit card through the online store on this website.

Personal or company information that is needed for an invoice must be provided at the time that the payment is made.

Delivery Method:
Coaching and consulting can be conducted in person or at a distance via telephone, Skype, or online video conferencing. The specific method of communication and schedule will be determined by each client’s needs on a case-by-case basis.

Each coaching session is 60 minutes long, conducted once per week at a designated time.  The sessions can be scheduled more frequently or less frequently on demand based on the needs of each client.

Limitations of Responsibility:
Coaching is a form of support for individual progress whereby each client is responsible for achieving his or her own success.  No guarantees of any kind will be made with respect to a client’s advancement, progress, or success, as each client is directly responsible for and maintains control of his or her own efforts and the results of those efforts.

Given that consulting is highly tailored to the needs of each client, all consulting projects will be taken on a case-by-case basis.  The specific goals, objectives, expectations, and limits of responsibility will be set for each project separately.

Cancellation Policy:
24-hour cancelation policy – If you are unable to make your session at the scheduled time, please notify us in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your session in order to avoid penalties.

Coaching sessions that are canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled without penalty.

The payment for any session canceled less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time will be forfeited and the session will not be rescheduled.

Confidentiality:
All discussions during coaching sessions will be held in confidence and not shared with others. However, our discussions are not privileged for legal purposes. The privilege of confidentiality that exists for the clergy, therapists and attorneys is not granted to coaching professionals. That said, coaching is a confidential process, and your personal information will always be protected.

Refund Policy:
The client may stop coaching at any time for any reason.  If you choose to stop the coaching relationship before the end of the established period, notification must be made in writing.

The cost for all sessions that have already been conducted will be re-calculated on a per-session price based on the nearest package that has already been completed.  If any balance remains, that amount will be refunded.

As an example for the purpose of clarification – if a client has purchased a 12-session coaching package and chooses to stop coaching after nine sessions, the price for each of the nine sessions already held will be recalculated based on the per-session rate included in the 8-session package price.  The price of each session will be determined by diving this package price by eight and then multiplying that rate for nine sessions.  If any balance that has been paid for the 12-session package still remains, it will be refunded to the client.
